Ingredients (MAKES 10 BARS)
½ cup almond flour
½ cup coconut flour
½ cup cashew butter
1 cup raw cashews
½ cup coconut oil
2 tablespoons Organic Burst Chia
2 tablespoons Organic Burst Maca
2 tablespoons organic rice malt syrup
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
½ cup dried cherries
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
- Combine all the ingredients except the cherries and pumpkin seeds in a bowl.
- Blitz until combined then stir the cherries and pumpkin seeds into the mixture.
- Form into bar shapes and wrap in baking parchment paper.
