This pretty little bowl of green and purple goodness will light up your day, as though you've been to a sunrise yoga class with its creator Julie - the Flexi Foodie! Adding Organic Burst Acai to your green smoothie bowl is a perfect way to increase your levels of healthy polyphenols and essential fatty acids for a radiant glow.
We're so excited that Julie is teaching at the first Organic Burst London Hangout event #obhangout on the 9th May!
Julie, over to you:
In the last few years, green smoothies have been all the rage and I do still love them, but there’s a new gang in town called the BOWL. It’s much prettier and it’s easy to add some delicious toppings.
Ingredients (serves 1):
Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and whizz away. Top with raspberries, coconut flakes and bee pollen.
Not only is the acai berry high in antioxidants that help to fight free radicals, but it’s fantastic for your digestion, too.
