Organic Is Our Mind-Set

What is Organic?

Organic agriculture is about producing food that is beneficial for you, while preserving the environment and our planet's wildlife. Certified organic companies have to adhere to strict standards set by the EU Organic Legislation.

Organic in a nutshell:

Do you know what’s inside your food?

Organic is about recognising the key relationship between your health and what’s in your food.

The use of chemicals for additives and flavourings, pesticides and genetically modified (GM) ingredients can be linked to a large number of diseases, such as cancer, low immune system, weak nervous system and general ill-health.

Organic standards also forbid the use of controversial additives such as aspartame, tartrazine and MSG, as well hydrogenated fats.

What about the cost?

If you are concerned with paying a little extra for organic food it is worth remembering that you are avoiding polluting your body with unnecessary chemicals in forms of pesticides, additives, and genetically modified (GM) ingredients. By buying organic products you are supporting your future and the well being of the planet.
