This crisp and refreshing smoothie can be a light brekkie or a delicious mid-afternoon snack that will keep you satiated until dinner. It’s bursting with chlorophyll and fibre from Organic Burst Wheatgrass and thanks to the healthy fats from avocado it will keep your blood sugar steady, giving you long lasting natural energy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • ½ a whole lime
  • 1 handful fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon Organic Burst Wheatgrass
  • 5 ice cubes

Directions

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
