Mango Chia Smoothie

Get energy that lasts for hours with this amazing mango smoothie. Organic Burst Chia helps slow down the release of fruit sugars in to the blood with its unique soluble fiber, plus it contains natural protein to keep you going! 



Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Organic Burst Chia 
  • 1 cup frozen cubed mango
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp filtered water

Method:

  1. Soak chia seeds in 2tbsp water for 10 mins or so.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender (we love our @blendtec) - blitz until combined & serve!
